Introduction and Background

SAVALI-NGO is a grass-root social service provider working in the field of Education, Health, Sports, Agriculture, Tree Plantation, Water conservation, Women Empowerment, Skill Development, and Livelihood Generation etc. Our organization is registered in 2006 under the Public Trust Act 1950.

We have even completed other projects such as Jalyukta Shivar Project in Rural, Vocational Training program, Sanitation project i.e., Nirmal MMR Project funded by MMRDA through Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal corporation and Thane municipal corporation pre-primary education for tribal Children in Dhule District Tal Shirpur Livelihood and Vocational training Project, SHG development programme, Health check-up for Rural community, Income generation projects for Adivasi people.

SAVALI NGO has initiated a Maitree Project- a Model Village Project at Dhamani. Under Maitree we conduct various activities such as Education, Agriculture, Occupational training, Sports, Health and community empowerment programme. These projects are being planned and implemented since last few years with the help of CSR – Allcargo Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

MAITREE Project is a dedicated project on Model Village Development and Environment Conservation. Under Model Village we have undertaken three Villages such as Choti Dhamani, Moti Dhamani, Hausachiwadi etc and pledged to improve the lifestyle of the villagers in a sustainable manner thought various program such as:

Health
Education
Skill development.
Agriculture.
Women empowerment.
Water conservation.
Tree plantation.
Health.
sports
Livelihood generation and much more

Our Various Projects In Last four years

Skill Development: We have Skill development centre at Nere Village of Panvel Tal from Raigad Dist. Through this skill development classes we provide courses such Tailoring, Beauty Parlour and Computer classes etc to the young and poor women at free of cost.
Tree Plantation: In Financial Year 2022-23 we have planted 14,000 trees inside the campus of ITI Ambernath which is situated in MIDC area under one acre of land through Miyawaki process of tree plantation.
Agriculture: Every year we distribute Rice and vegetable seed to 150 farmers of Panvel Tal and even provide them training at free of cost.
Scholarship distribution: We even provide scholarship to the children of these farmers.
Sanitary Napkin Distribution: After every three months we distribute sanitary napkins to the underprivileged girls of Dhamani Village.
School Renovation: We have renovated total 12 Z.P School of Shahapur Block of Thane Dist. Even constructed New Toilets for Boys and Girls in these schools and provide them Water Tanks for the water storage.
Library Construction: Last Year we have constructed two Libraries for the students of Dhamani Village and Hausachiwadi of Panvel Tal from Raigad Dist.
Water Conservation: In order to provide clean drinking water, we have constructed and handover 8 Syntax water tank in Villages of Shahapur Block from Thane Dist. We have even constructed three Cement Tank with the capacity of 2000 litre for the Villagers in Panvel.
Healthcare: We providing free medicines to the villagers of Panvel every quarterly and give them proper health facility.
Livelihood: Last year we have distributed 3600 hens to the 25 female farmers for their employment generation through selling egg.

We have skill training development centre in Bhokardan, Jafarabad, WIjhora, Rajur in Jalna District.
All the projects mentioned above is been conducted by SAVALI NGO in last three years. We were able to achieve these with the generous help of our Donors partners who understand our abilities and our efforts for the betterment of the society.
